The second edition of the International Commercial Arbitration Conference on "Smart Solutions for Professional Dispute Resolution"

On November 30, the Cases Solution team participated in the second edition of the International Commercial Arbitration Conference entitled "Smart Solutions for Professional Dispute Resolution" organized by the Court of International Commercial Arbitration in Chisinau (CACIC) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham Moldova).

The conference was opened by His Excellency the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Moldova, Kent Doyle Logsdon.

Ms. Olesea Stamate, Chair of the Parliamentary Legal, Appointments and Immunities Committee, noted that the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova supports the promotion of alternative dispute resolution methods and is open to improving the legislative framework to facilitate the use of arbitration in resolving disputes.

Thus, at the end of the conference, our opinion was reinforced that alternative dispute resolution mechanisms offer companies the option of resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
