Alexandru Devdera, co-founder and administrator of Cases Solution, lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, specialized in the energy sector and legal entities. President of the Association of Natural Gas Suppliers of the Republic of Moldova. Graduated from the Law Faculty of the State University of Moldova and then obtained a Master's degree in Law. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with numerous Moldovan and foreign energy sector companies, providing them with specialized legal advice and effective solutions to their challenges.
From 2019 to 2023, he headed the legal department of Moldovagaz SA, organizing the work of a team of over 20 lawyers. Since December 2023, he is President of the public organization "Association of Natural Gas Suppliers of the Republic of Moldova".

Andrei Harghel, one of the founders of Cases Solutions, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Free International University of Moldova, where he obtained his bachelor's degree and the title of Master of Laws.
He started his legal career in 2004 with a prodigious activity in the private sector. He has held leading positions in legal departments, gaining extensive experience in the corporate field.
As a lawyer, he has participated in the defense of the interests of companies both in relation to counterparties, through direct negotiations or through the courts, as well as before supervisory and regulatory bodies.
The areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, reorganizations of legal entities, commercial and civil litigation, employment law.
Victor BURDUNIUC, lawyer

Valentin BARBA, lawyer
With over 40 years of experience in the legal profession, Valentin Barba is a seasoned attorney recognized for his expertise in complex legal disputes, particularly those involving insolvency, civil and commercial law, as well as corporate dissolution. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Moldova State University (1979-1984), Mr. Barba has built a distinguished career, serving in roles that span across judicial and academic spheres.
After beginning his career as a legal adviser for Moldova's Railway Directorate, Mr. Barba held notable positions as a state arbitrator and later as a judge at both the Economic Court of Circumscription in Chișinău and the Supreme Court of Justice's Economic College. His profound knowledge of insolvency law is reinforced by specialized training in Germany, where he completed advanced courses on insolvency proceedings in 1999 and 2009.
Since 2014, Valentin Barba has been practicing as an attorney, offering legal assistance to both individuals and businesses. His legal practice focuses on civil, commercial, banking, and transport disputes, including cases with international elements. He is also a recognized authority in insolvency cases, playing an instrumental role in the judicial dissolution of companies.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Barba is the President and Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the International Association of Road Transporters in Moldova (AITA), where he has served since 2020.
Throughout his career, Mr. Barba has also contributed to legal education. He has taught at various prestigious institutions, including the National Institute of Justice and the Academy of Public Administration, and has been involved in shaping legal frameworks in Moldova, particularly in the drafting of the country's insolvency law.
