Elaboration of the statute of an LLC

The Cases Solution team finalized the work on the draft Statutes (in new wording) for our client.

The client addressed under the circumstances of alienation of the shareholding in the limited liability company, as a result of which he will become a partner with a minority shareholding.

Our task was to include in the Statute provisions guaranteeing the protection of the client's rights as a minority shareholder in the company.

In the process of work, the Statute was updated to the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, taking into account the recommendations of state bodies.

As a result, the other partners of the LLC accepted the wording of the Articles of Association proposed by us.
