ANRE Decision No 649 - negatively affects the liberalization of the gas market in Moldova

Another state decision negatively affecting the liberalization of the natural gas market in Moldova - ANRE Decision No 649 of 27.10.2023. Finally, consumers will have to cover additional costs for the formation of natural gas reserves. This is in view of the fact that the Law on Natural Gas provides for the possibility of forming reserves from the budget or international grants, which Moldova regularly receives.
